We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at Eat-In Foods Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.
- Supply Chain Management: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate work records and logs, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Warehouse and Office Management: Organize and maintain warehouse and work areas, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- General Office Duties: Perform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Production Coordination: Coordinate activities with warehouse and production units, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.
- Order Management: Compile worksheets and specifications of orders, working closely with production supervisors to schedule production runs.
- Material Estimation: Estimate the type and quantity of materials and labor required for production, construction, and other projects.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor production progress, preparing and maintaining progress reports and other documentation.
- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
- Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows.
- Area of Work Experience: Experience in quality assurance or control, production, or a related field.
- Area of Specialization: Production or a related field.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, team player, accuracy, values and ethics, initiative, and judgment.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
