About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cement Operations Manager to join our team at Accoravillage. As a Cement Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure they arrive at location on time.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Job Execution
  • Execute successful cementing jobs according to design/client specification.
  • Understand rigging in/out procedures.
  • Execute cement jobs in accordance with the cementing operations process flow.
Operations Management
  • Ensure efficient handling of day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure critical tasks are completed on every cementing job.
Communication and Leadership
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internally with other departments.
  • Work with station management to maintain operation and service standards.
  • Assist in leadership of the Station.
Safety and Compliance
  • Adhere to and enforce company Safety policies.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE legislation.
Reporting and Administration
  • Prepare end of well, end of month, incident, abnormalities, maintenance, logbook, and end of jobs tickets and reports.
Requirements
  • Valid class 1 (Canada) / class A CDL (U.S.) driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physically capable of moving/lifting heavy objects up to 23 kg.
  • Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time and in all types of weather conditions.
  • Able to be on call 24 hours on a rotational schedule.
  • Demonstrated ability to direct and motivate the work of others.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country the role is based out of.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and other software.
  • Able to perform calculations required to execute a cement job.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety.
  • Able to perform all regular maintenance on equipment.
  • Demonstrated leadership.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, reliable, and dependable.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change.
  • Team player and customer service focused.
  • Demonstrated initiative and results orientated.
