- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Operational Efficiency: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Personal Qualities: Organized, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
