About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Law Content Specialist to join our team at LEAP Legal Software. As a key member of our Content Development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of our business by creating high-quality content that meets the needs of our clients who practice Family Law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to identify areas for improvement in our software and provide recommendations for new features and functionality.
  • Meet with users to gather feedback and work closely with our developers to bring your recommendations to life.
  • Train clients on how to use our software content in LEAP, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to get the most out of our product.
  • Assist in new project work on new content initiatives, working closely with the Content Development team to ensure successful delivery of projects to our clients.
Requirements
  • At least three years of experience working in the legal industry as a lawyer, paralegal, or law clerk within the Family Law area.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Experience using a legal document management software program.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent client service.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Driven to provide the best possible result for clients.
  • Experience balancing competing priorities and shifting deadlines.
