About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our team at IKEA Canada. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential risks.
  • Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to employees on risk management best practices.
  • Monitor and report on risk management metrics and key performance indicators.
Requirements
