Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

Scotiabank is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services by identifying and addressing defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of our products and services.
  • Identify and report defects to the development team, and work with them to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce testing time.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on quality assurance best practices.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on software testing.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
