About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Child and Youth Worker to join our team at LIFE READY FACILITATED CARE LTD. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the rehabilitation and development of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Develop and implement specialized rehabilitation programs tailored to the needs of our clients.
  • Client Support: Provide guidance and support to clients in achieving their goals and objectives, including assessing their skill strengths and development needs.
  • Case Management: Prepare reports and case histories to track client progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative and office activities, including planning and coordinating rehabilitation programs.
  • Research and Evaluation: Conduct social research to inform program development and evaluate the effectiveness of our services.
  • Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients' needs and provide counsel on their problems.
  • Health and Wellness: Support clients in maintaining good health and wellness, including assisting with special needs and accompanying clients to appointments and social outings.
