Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing the comprehensive French social media strategy across the firm.
  • Initiate, oversee, and suspend campaigns in collaboration with Regional Marketing Managers in Quebec and the Atlantic Region.
  • Interact with audiences on the firm's French social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Manage the monthly content schedule for our French social channels, including drafting, scheduling, and coordinating posts.
  • Coordinate and execute French paid social media campaigns.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on both organic and paid French social media performance.
  • Oversee invoicing for various social media platforms and campaigns.
  • Research and stay updated on emerging social media platforms and trends.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
  • Keen understanding of social media dynamics, with experience in crafting engaging content.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to established processes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the user journey and the role of social media in marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Focused on achieving goals and enhancing user experience to meet those objectives.
  • Experience in social media advertising on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
  • Additional assets include knowledge of Google Analytics, Power BI, and Sprout Social, as well as an understanding of the social media impact on individuals.
