About the Role...
As the Store Services Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting various departments on the sales floor within a designated Sephora location. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring that all team members adhere to Sephora's sales model and deliver exceptional client service, ultimately contributing to the store's success in meeting and surpassing company goals. In this position, you will:
- Sales Leadership: Guide Beauty Advisors in effectively implementing Sephora's sales strategies. Stay informed about the store's sales metrics and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.
- Visual Presentation: Collaborate with the Operations team to maintain merchandising standards and visual displays on the sales floor. Uphold the aesthetic appeal of the sales area and execute any necessary updates or animations.
- Client Engagement: Frequently assume the role of Manager on Duty, actively interacting with both team members and clients on the sales floor.
- Business Acumen: Exhibit a solid understanding of the store's sales performance and potential business opportunities. Adjust staffing levels as required to meet client demands and ensure effective zoning on the sales floor.
- Talent Development: Participate in the recruitment process for the team as needed.
