About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to join our team at THE FISH STORE. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our commitment to quality and freshness, working closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless execution.
  • Staff Supervision and Training: Lead and motivate our kitchen team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the resources needed to meet our culinary goals.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of our kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Language: English
