About AquaMobile
AquaMobile is a recognized at-home swim education provider established in 2011. We carefully select the finest instructors and lifeguards in local regions to deliver high-quality swim instruction and lifeguard services at clients' residences.

If you excel in a dynamic environment, prefer to set your own schedule, and enjoy teaching swimming while fostering confidence through sports, you will thrive in this role.

The Opportunity:
We are looking to enhance our team of committed, qualified aquatic instructors and lifeguards who will provide effective, engaging, and enjoyable swimming lessons at home for clients of all ages.
  • Positions available: full-time, part-time, or casual — you choose
Requirements:
Applicants who do not meet the following criteria may still be considered for the position, provided all relevant qualifications and checks are completed or updated before starting.
  • Experience in swim instruction or lifeguarding
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certification
  • A passion for swimming and teaching
  • Access to reliable transportation

We offer:
  • The flexibility to establish your own schedule and travel area to accommodate other commitments
  • A competitive pay rate ($30 - $60 per hour) plus bonuses and tips *hourly rates vary by location but are consistently competitive
  • Support from a friendly team that will assist in finding and booking clients for you
  • The chance to build meaningful relationships with your students; many clients prefer private or semi-private lessons.

Member schools operate independently. Your application will be directed to the respective member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that school. All inquiries regarding employment at these schools should be directed to the school location.
