Key Responsibilities
  • Workplace Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of our team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure that our team members have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our workplace is a safe and healthy environment for all employees.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees
