Job Title: General Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled General Supervisor to join our team at Kaizen Renovations Corp.

Job Summary:

The General Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
  • Train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
