Position Overview

The Housekeeping Team Leader at REDEEMING HOME CLEANING is responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations within various environments, ensuring that cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role
Work Environment
  • Exposure to odours and dust
  • Various settings including office buildings, cleaning service companies, and residential areas
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services
  • Manage payment processes for specialized cleaning tasks
  • Assist cleaning personnel in their duties as needed
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of 3-4 light duty cleaners
Safety and Security
  • Conduct driver's validity licence checks
Work Conditions
