Hallmark is seeking cleaning personnel at one of our premium shopping centre contract locations in Red Deer. Cleaners will report directly to the Account Manager. The responsibilities of this position include:
Position Summary:

- Empty waste, recycle, organic receptacles common areas, food court
- Remove fingerprints from glass doors, partition wall glass and office partitions
- Clean and restock washrooms
- Polish kitchen sinks and wipe down countertops
- Vacuum carpeted areas
- Dust mop, sweep and mop hard surface floors
- Clean paper towels and sanitary disposal receptacles
- Clean mirrors and countertops
- Wash faucets, toilet seats, hinges and valves with germicidal detergent and polish all brightwork and faucet
- Wash and sanitize basins, toilet bowls and urinals
- Check and clean stairwells per schedule
- Discard waste and recycling into compactor and operator compactor
- Polish any chromes needed
- Clean elevators, elevator tracks, freight elevator floors and walls
- High Dusting
- Wipe down food court tables and chairs
- Operate tray washing machine and distribute clean trays to vendors
- Assisting in any cleaning duties or periodic work where necessary;
- Responding to any customer requests; and with any other duties requested by the Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in the janitorial or service industry
- Passion for working with others and providing outstanding customer service
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work extra hours
- Excellent performance, attendance, and disciplinary record
