Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Norvina Cendana. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our homes, ensuring a comfortable and safe living environment for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting
  • Wash and polish floors, windows, and other surfaces
  • Make beds and change sheets
  • Stock linen closets and distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Empty trash and recyclables
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Assist with laundry and ironing
  • Address customer complaints or concerns
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
