Job Title: Lease Administration Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lease Administration Supervisor to join our team at Waypoint Insurance Services. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lease administration processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate the performance of office staff.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position.
  • 40 hours per week.
  • English language.
