About The Baker89

We are a leading bakery company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our baked goods and menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation
    • Develop and implement new menu items and specials
    • Plan and prepare menus for special events and occasions
  • Culinary Operations
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food
    • Ensure high-quality food standards and presentation
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment
    • Order supplies and equipment as needed
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Attention to detail
    • Fast-paced environment

    • Standing for extended periods
