Job Title: Executive Chef

The Baker89 is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and executing menus for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus for special events and daily operations
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
