Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate production equipment according to standard operating procedures to produce high-quality cheese products.
  • Receive and inspect raw materials, including milk, UF milk, cream, secondary culture, and whey, to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Record data and inventory entries with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in the manufacturing process, including cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety policies.
  • Participate in the HACCP program and follow Good Manufacturing Practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime.
  • Proficiency in computer software and programs.
