Production Operator

Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the manufacturing and finishing/packaging of cheese in accordance with our standards and safety objectives.
- Operate equipment in the Feta/Friulano department with precision and attention to detail.
- Record data and inventory entries with accuracy and efficiency.
- Participate in sanitation duties, including equipment disassembly and re-assembly for cleaning.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures to maintain the highest quality products.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Successful completion of the Plant Milk and Cheese Grading course.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a high degree of initiative.
- Availability to work various shifts, weekends, and overtime as required.
- Working knowledge of computers and a high school diploma preferred.
