About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dae-Ji Food Group Inc. as a key member of our culinary department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
  • Tray and Trolley Management: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules that meet the needs of the business and staff, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player, and strong communication skills.
