Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll Administration: Process payroll, including calculating salaries, wages, and benefits.
  • Depreciation and Asset Management: Calculate depreciation and manage fixed assets.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balances and reconciliations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
