- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll Administration: Process payroll, including calculating salaries, wages, and benefits.
- Depreciation and Asset Management: Calculate depreciation and manage fixed assets.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balances and reconciliations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Excel.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
