Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team at CCFS Accounting Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and performing various accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Proficiency in Quick Books, MS Office, and Spreadsheet
