About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 12571285 Canada Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine Service Offerings and Operational Procedures

Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively. This includes determining the type of services to be offered and implementing procedures to ensure that they are delivered to the highest standard.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand. This includes negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.

Health and Safety

Ensure that our restaurant is compliant with all health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, including addressing customer complaints or concerns and providing a positive experience for all customers.

Team Management

Lead and manage a team of staff, including training and developing their skills and abilities to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Personal Suitability

Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organized, team player, and ability to multitask.
