Position Overview:
We are seeking an individual who embodies PASSION and VITALITY for a role focused on empowering others to achieve their fitness goals. This position offers the chance to transform lives in an energetic and enjoyable atmosphere.

Training:
No prior experience in martial arts is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. We value a POSITIVE ATTITUDE over extensive experience.

Toronto (Beaches neighbourhood)

9Round Mission Statement:
At 9Round, our mission is clear. From our leadership to our trainers, we are dedicated to enhancing the strength of our members, both physically and mentally, in just 30 minutes.

If you believe you possess the qualities to become a trainer at 9Round and contribute to one of the fastest-growing fitness franchises in the country, this role may be ideal for you. Experience in kickboxing is not required, as full training will be provided. Backgrounds in sales and customer service are advantageous, and some prior work experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training:
    Delivering personal attention during workouts requires high energy levels. Trainers will explain and demonstrate exercises to ensure members receive optimal workouts while motivating them to achieve their objectives.
  • Selling:
    The initial workout at 9Round is complimentary. Trainers are responsible for converting first-time participants into dedicated members of 9Round Nation.
  • Cleaning:
    Maintaining a clean gym environment is essential for attracting and retaining members. Trainers will adhere to a scheduled cleaning regimen to ensure a pristine workout space.
