MIS Implementation Specialist

CERM is seeking a highly skilled MIS Implementation Specialist to join our team in the USA, Canada, or Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the CERM system at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer support and software consultancy, addressing technical queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and consultancy to customers, empowering them to maximize the benefits of the CERM system.
  • Lead implementation projects to successful conclusions, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with product management, helpdesk, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage accounts at a high level within the assigned region, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize expertise in at least one ERP package to drive implementation success.
  • Travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time, fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, facilitating effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
