As a Project Manager, Solar Energy Solutions, you will work on a variety of solar and solar + storage projects throughout North America, collaborating with leading developers and financiers in the industry.
The primary functions of this role include:
- Supporting major customer accounts and performing project due diligence
- Managing projects and contributing to process improvements
- Sharing knowledge and obtaining feedback
- Developing proposals and business development
- Coordinating technical reviews and synthesizing due diligence reports
- Discussing and resolving technical issues with project developers, lenders, and investors
- Supporting customers through financial closings of projects
- Participating in continuous improvement efforts and advancing team and industry thought leadership

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in the solar industry. The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering, science, business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the solar industry
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Fluent in MS Office and familiar with industry technology
- Solution-oriented thinking and high integrity
- Proven HSE mindset and demonstrated behavior-based safety mentality
