We are seeking an experienced and skilled Healthcare Information Systems Specialist to join our dynamic team at Nordic Global. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing healthcare information systems to meet the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and design healthcare information systems.
  • Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective utilization of healthcare information systems.
  • Customize and optimize system configurations to meet the specific needs of our healthcare organization.
  • Collaborate with IT and clinical staff to ensure seamless integration of healthcare systems.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and updates related to healthcare information systems.
  • Participate in system upgrades and implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • Document processes, procedures, and configurations related to healthcare information systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with healthcare information systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Certification in healthcare information systems is a plus.
