Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A & W. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and perform administrative tasks as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.
- Supervision: 3-4 people.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year, with a permanent position and 32 to 40 hours per week.
