Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A & W. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- 3-4 years of experience in a food service environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
