Job Summary

Parkes Plastering Ltd is seeking a skilled Stucco Plasterer to join our team. As a Stucco Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to create a smooth and durable finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to walls and ceilings
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for plastering
  • Finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs in the finish coat, if required
  • Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
  • Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim
  • Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
Work Environment

This is a on-site position, requiring the ability to work at various locations. The ideal candidate will be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in stucco plastering
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
