About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Stucco Plasterer to join our team at Parkes Plastering Ltd. As a key member of our exterior plastering team, you will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to create a weatherproof surface.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to exteriors of buildings
  • Clean and prepare surfaces for plastering
  • Finish corners and angles, and create decorative designs in the finish coat, if required
  • Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency
  • Mould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices, and trim
  • Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
  • Hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
