We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at 2819443 Ontario Inc. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and general journals.
- Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, and maintain payroll records.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts, including bank statements and credit card statements.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in bookkeeping software, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
This is a permanent, full-time position with 30 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
