Our competitive compensation package features a starting wage of $29.02/hour, shift differentials, a quarterly bonus plan, comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits, a pension plan, overtime opportunities, and paid time off. The Production Laborer position is designed for entry-level candidates with the potential for career advancement. Initially, you will work a Monday to Friday eight (8) hour shift schedule, transitioning to a rotating twelve (12) hour shift schedule that includes weekends and holidays as you progress into more advanced operational roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness while prioritizing personal safety and the safety of colleagues
- Operate mobile equipment efficiently
- Ensure machines are correctly set up, functioning optimally, and troubleshoot as necessary
- Participate in cross-training for various operational roles
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Experience in operating a forklift
