As a Business Analyst Co-op at Royal Bank of Canada, you will play a key role in supporting strategic initiatives across the CAE Group. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and deliver process improvements enabled by technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research, prototyping, wireframing, and experience mapping to identify areas for improvement
  • Partner with technology partners to develop innovative solutions to challenges within the CAE Group
  • Build executive presentations and communicate business value of projects
Requirements
  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a high degree of initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate multitasking skills
  • Advance knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with business presentations
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and working with end users and clients to understand their needs
