Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing data and presenting results of studies
  • Creating reports and presentations contributing to directional Supply Chain decisions
  • Developing business solutions requiring enhancements to existing processes or systems
  • Booking meetings and tracking actions, issues, risks, and decisions
  • Participating in discussions and facilitating meetings and workshops
  • Delivering presentations to a wide variety of audiences
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of business solutions
  • Data processing assignments, including maintaining, scrubbing, and extracting information
  • Assisting with monthly/quarterly reporting accountabilities associated with the QA process
  • Participating in the education of and ensuring that Supply Chain policies and procedures are understood and enforced by all lines of business
  • Contribute to change management initiatives, including communications, education, and transition activities
  • Liaising with Hydro One clients, vendors, and service providers
  • Supporting end-to-end Supply Chain Services in any capacity required

Requirements:

  • Completion of 2nd or 3rd year
  • Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or Masters students
  • Knowledge of various software packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a detail-oriented manner
  • Sound business acumen
  • Ability to work independently and on a team with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to adapt to changing work priorities
  • Ability to develop co-operative working relationships, internal and external
