Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our customer service team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, assisting with sales support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our showroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience
  • Assist sales teams during busy periods, taking customers through our showroom experience and building rapport with clients
  • Inspect and process incoming jewelry repairs, following up with customers via phone or email
  • Complete quality checks and provide completed orders to customers at pickup
  • Answer all phone and email correspondences, handling cash and end-of-day processing
  • Assist in coordinating the showroom appearance, merchandising, and store tidiness
Requirements
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent time management skills and a willingness to follow a structured process
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Energetic, outgoing, and strong customer relationship skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable communicating face-to-face, over the phone, and in writing
  • At least one year of experience working in a customer service environment
  • Ability to work with a computer and learn new technology and software
  • Minimum availability of three days a week, including one weekend day
