About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to join our team at Peakpark Construction Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of construction workers to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to complete their tasks.
  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain high standards of quality control to ensure that all construction work meets our company's standards.
  • Material Management: Requisition and manage materials and supplies to ensure that they are available when needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on project progress.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
