Job Summary:

The Residential Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Supervise a team of construction workers and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
  • Estimate and Manage: Estimate costs and materials, and manage the budget to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work environment is safe for all employees.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit and hire workers, and provide training to ensure they have the necessary skills to complete the job.
  • Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the final product.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Work Setting: Construction and renovation.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, and be able to lift up to 25 kg.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, flexible, organized, and reliable.
