We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at 13319041 CANADA INC. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning and preparing menus, supervising kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and prepare menus, taking into account nutritional value, flavor, and presentation
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure that all food preparation and cooking meets our high standards
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Order supplies and equipment as needed
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 35 hours per week
This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods and working in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
