Job Summary:The Executive Chef will be responsible for planning and executing menus, managing kitchen operations, and supervising a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and maintenance
- Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure excellent service and food quality
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Order supplies and equipment as needed
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high-quality food
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Permanent position
- 35 hours per week
- English language
The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of experienced cooks and kitchen staff.
