About the Role

We are seeking experienced Water and Wastewater Treatment Operators to join our team in Morley, Alberta. This role involves ensuring the safe and efficient operation of water treatment facilities within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate technical service projects, overseeing teams of skilled professionals including millwrights, plumbers, electricians, and drivers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring clear communication and addressing inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess client needs, develop project plans, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Prepare project proposals, cost estimates, and technical specifications in alignment with client expectations and company standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Water and Wastewater Treatment Operator.
  • Strong understanding of water treatment processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
