This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to a reputable organization that excels in delivering expertise and sustainable solutions to steam users globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients
- Assess prospective clients through effective communication and inquiry
- Translate solutions into tangible benefits such as enhanced equipment reliability, improved production quality, and energy efficiency
- Align offerings with client sustainability objectives
- Leverage Microsoft Dynamics CRM to:
- Maintain comprehensive client information
- Formulate and document strategies for account growth with defined timelines
- Generate leads and manage associated tasks and meetings
- Provide accurate business forecasts through weekly updates
- Meet sales objectives and assist in marketing efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant diploma with applicable experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with steam systems and related products is preferred
- Background in direct sales or sales support roles
- Experience in the Food & Beverage, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical sectors is advantageous
- Knowledge of heat transfer, controls, and boiler systems is a plus
