Administrative Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Leader to join our team at Superfast Workforce Solutions Inc.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
    • Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to office support staff to optimize productivity.
    • Establish and maintain work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
    • Conduct administrative activities, including data entry and record-keeping.
    • Collaborate with management to develop and manage the operating budget and inventory controls.
    • Supervise and coordinate office administrative processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
    • Resolve conflicts and issues effectively, promoting a positive work environment.
    • Plan and oversee budget and expenses, ensuring fiscal responsibility.
  • Requirements:
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
    • Experience in a similar role is an asset.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Work Environment:
    • Permanent position.
    • English language required.
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
