About the Firm:
Arlyn Recruiting is partnering with a dynamic boutique law firm in Vancouver to find an HR/Operations Coordinator. This unique firm specializes in construction, commercial litigation, and family law, offering a friendly and supportive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate communication, interview coordination, offer letters, and onboarding.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage benefits administration, facilities management, and coordination with other departments.
- Benefits Administration: Handle record management, queries, and market research on benefits offerings.
- Performance Management: Support performance reviews and time record monitoring.
- Learning and Development: Assess training needs, develop learning strategies, manage training schedules, and coordinate staff meetings.
- Leave Administration: Maintain leave records and coordinate coverage.
- HR Strategy Support: Assist in policy development, change management, and other HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Higher education qualification in HR or a related field, or equivalent real-world experience.
- Experience: Experience as an HR assistant/coordinator is an asset.
- Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of HR legal and ethical responsibilities.
- Skills: Office administration experience.

- Communication: Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Teamwork: Team-oriented with a willingness to handle a range of tasks.
- Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt.
What We Offer:
Salary Range: $53,000 - $80,000
