Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Convenience Store Cashier at Kennedy's Variety and DELI. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Security: Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is an asset.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
