Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wine Sales Associate to join our team at Water'n'Wine. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a thorough knowledge of our wine products, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss wine options, and provide recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our wine products, including varietals, regions, and pairing suggestions.
  • Store Operations: Assist with visual merchandising, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support sales floor activities as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a wine-related environment
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for wine
