About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wine Sales Associate to join our team at Water'n'Wine. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our wine products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss wine options, and provide recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on wine products, including types, qualities, and prices, to effectively promote and sell our offerings.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the display of merchandise and the operation of cash registers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
