As a Financial Services Manager at OpenRoad Auto Group, you will be responsible for leading our finance team and driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution. You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine and implement programs to increase performance and drive sales growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our sales team and other stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial contract documentation
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and penetration percentages
  • Contribute to the development of budgets and action plans, and monitor variances against budget

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role with a strong sales record
  • Well-organized and possess strong time management skills
  • Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated and able to learn quickly
  • Strong financial skills and business networks
